The hotel was excellent, with spacious and large modern rooms featuring a king bed, chair, dresser, and desk. The staff were professional, friendly, and multilingual. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The Club floor room offered a beautiful view of the mountains, and it was incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional, from the welcoming reception to arranging tours for us at a great price. The location had a perfect blend of city convenience and a cozy village atmosphere with eateries within easy reach. The dining experience was top-notch, especially with the home-baked Alentejo bread. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
